On-line registration is now CLOSED. Reservations can be made by e-mail until October 21 to the reunion coordinator, Valerie Gerheiser [platweddings@aol.com]. Payment by cash or check (payable to "USNA Class of 1975) will be accepted at check-in. Be sure to include the number of attendees and events to be attended. Final charges will be e-mailed for approval. REMEMBER: A football ticket is required to enter the tailgater area and walk-ups may not be able to be accommodated. [12OCT2010] What is the "uniform" for the Friday night reception/dinner? Informal: Men - Suit or coat requested, tie optional. Ladies - dress or pantsuit. [10AUG2010] When is the dealine for early registration and what happens after that date? Make The deadline for early registration is 06SEP2010. After that date, you will be assessed a 15% late-registration penalty! Register now to allow for proper activity planning! [10AUG2010] Who do I my check out to for the golf outing? Make your check payable to "NCFU". [08JUL2010] Who do I contact if I have problems with my registration [logon or profile]? Contact the Navy ticket office about handicap parking and tickets [1-800-US4-NAVY]. Should that be sold out, there is pay parking at Germantown Elementary School, with golf cart shuttle service to the stadium. The N* Room [class tailgate location] is on the first level of the stadium and access should not be a problem. [08JUL2010] Will be the shuttle buses be wheelchair accessible? Yes. The shuttle bus company has wheelchair accessible vehicles that will be made available when needed. [24JUN2010] Have arrangements been made at backup hotels? Yes. At O'Callaghan Hotel, down the street. $50 Supplement for Balcony Rooms $150 Supplement for Suites (subject to availability) Terms: Two night minimum stay is required in order to receive the discounted rate. Guests booking one night will be subject to the hotels sell rate at the time of booking. Rate is based on 2 adults sharing. Each additional adult is $20 with the maximum of 4 to a room. Tax, parking and breakfast are additional to listed rates. Reservations: Credit card is required at the time of booking. First nights room and tax will be charged as a deposit. Deposit is refundable prior to September 28, 2010. After the September 28, 2010, the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 3pm 2 days prior to arrival will be charged for the original booking.

Block Instructions: PHONE - Contact the reservations department on 1-866-782-9624 Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and reference the 1975 Reunion. WEB- www.ocallaghanhotels-us.com – on booking page- guests will need to select “Group Block Rate” and use 1975 as the block name. Select Check In and Check Out dates of 10/28/2010 and 10/31/2010. [06MAY2010] I need to purchase tickets for the game. Is there a class block? Yes. There is a link to the NAAA website in the 06MAY2010 note in the "Reunion 35" page that will permit you to make purchases from the class block. [06MAY2010] What is the general schedule? Go to the "Reunion 35" button. [12JAN2010] Does the $281.00 per night room rate include tax? No. A Westin reservations representative informed me that the all-inclusive nightly rate [i.e., including taxes and fees] i $317.53 [$281.00 + $36.53], but you may want to confirm that with our event organizer. Check about the cost for parking as well. [12JAN2010] Does the Westin have a shuttle from any of the airports? No. The Westin has no shuttle service to the Baltimore or DC airports.
